Onion Soup


Onion soup is becoming a new favorite of mine to make, probably because the results far exceed the effort! This time around, I had caramalized the onions in advance and had them hanging out in the freezer, ready to go. I also adjusted seasoning with balsamic vinager and soy sauce, to make up for the lack of cheese on top.
