Mushroom Soup


I had a bunch of vegetables that needed to get eaten before they went bad. My solution for this is usually soup or stew. For tonight's soup, I simmered onion, mushrooms, and zucchini in chicken stock, added the pasta for just a little more substanance, and seasoned with soy sauce, maggi, and sriracha. Easy, tasty, and light - a perfect summer meal.
