It's been a while since I've had a good burger, and even longer since I made one at home.
I seasoned the beef with salt, pepper, Spanish paprika, Hungarian paprika, cayenne, cumin, celery seed, and liquid smoke, and made 1/3 pound patties, grilling them on my roti pan. Burger toppings included lettuce, tomato, avocado, red onion, ketchup, mustard, and pepper jack cheese. The stack ended up so tall, I could barely take a bite!
