Lemon Bread


I pretty much do all of my baking out of the Pillsbury Kitchens' Family Cookbook. I can't remember when or how I acquired it - in college seems to make the most sense to me - and I've never actually made a single savory recipe from it. Every baked good, however...delicious! The lemon bread is no exception.

I topped it with the chocolate sauce from a few days ago. That sauce is really becoming the gift that keeps on giving!

And in the photo, yes, I've already taken a bite! :)
