Crepes for breakfast this morning; recipe from Essential Pepin. Two fillings: one with that chocolate sauce that continues to be delicious and the second is a simple sugar and lemon mixture that my sister taught me how to make. She picked it up from a crepe shop while in Rhode Island.
The crepes were good, but the fun part for me is always in the making. I find so much joy in flipping them in the pan! :)
